I would like to share with you what a truly unique and delicious culinary experience there is to be had with A Blend of Herbs and Chef Roger Zambito.

There seems to be no end to the different styles and different types of dishes that Chef Roger prepares with such a flair for originality and beautiful presentations.

One of the most recent being Ropa Veija that he prepared, which consisted of very tender shredded beef in a tomato base sauce with a secret blend of herbs. This dish is a melt in your mouth delectable!

When I had my child my very best childhood friend surprised me by having “A Blend of Herbs” cook a week worth of meals so that I could get some rest after having our baby. The preparation of the food and the portion size was perfect for my husband and I. I can't say enough about the food quality because it was great the overall taste was delicious. We really enjoyed the present and I would recommend this type to anyone who is pressed for time or those of us with new babies it really lightened the load.

I was very satisfied with the food that A Blend of Herbs cooked for me and my husband Mike. The portion sizes were perfect and it was very fast and easy to prepare after a long day at work and taking care of my daughter.
