About Us

Roger Zambito

Roger was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He loved to help both his father and especially his grandmother and aunt cooking in the kitchen. Those childhood experiences ignited his passion for cooking and in 1972 he started his food service career in Tampa working at bakeries, fine restaurants, and fine hotels like the Marriott.

In 2001 he met his wife and business partner, Elena, who encouraged him to go back to school and hone his craft in cooking because he had such a good talent and passion for making food. In 2004 he took the plunge and went back to school attending Keiser College in the Capital Culinary Institute for culinary arts, graduating in May, 2006.

Now he wants nothing more than to cook for you, making healthy and delicious meals with the freshest ingredients available.

Elena Zambito

Elena was born and raised in Ohio. She started cooking in junior high, attending culinary arts classes at a vocational school, where she spent two years learning the trade. After her senior year she moved to Florida with her parents. Here she worked at TGI Friday's for the better part of fifteen years, eventually becoming the company's first woman kitchen manager.

Elena briefly left the food industry to follow another dream, but the food bug got her again and she returned to work for Carrabbas Italian restaurant.

Now Roger and Elena have teamed up to cook for you and your family so that you may spend more quality time with those who you love.
